YAMATSUNE started its history as a manufacturing factory for gloves and socks. Currently, the manufacturing system maintained in Japan mainly handles research and development, in-house product development, and special products. Above all, we continue research such as production system verification and quality control test runs, and a system is in place for developing various know-how to partner companies that are manufacturing in various countries as a manufacturer.
Certification
We are approved by J∞QUALITY. We inherit Japanese craftsmanship and realize careful processes and quality control.
Process control
Domestic manufacturing is basically all done in Nagoya. We implement thorough process control with a small elite group of machines and personnel.
Technology
We maintain a processing system with advanced Wholegarment equipment (Shima Seiki Co.), skilled technicians, and factory workers.

Japan’s oldest class of knitting machines
The knitting machines that have been in use since our founding are still used as active machines. The unique texture that can only be produced with this model is popular with customers. However, since parts can no longer be replaced, we cannot respond to all orders.
Update of production system
YAMATSUNE has global production partners. We can handle various methods such as large lots and global expansion. In order to build a production system with such partners, we are constantly updating the Japanese production system.
Open factory
“YAMATSUNE PEAKS”, which also serves as YAMATSUNE’s head office and showroom, is an open factory. You can have a meeting while operating the equipment regarding measures and production at your desired timing.
