The personnel we are looking for are not so much those who "can handle the work." Rather, we are overwhelmingly attracted to people who have the three elements of "honesty," "humility," and "challenge." Currently, our field is becoming quite different in Japan and overseas. Overseas, the main markets are Southeast Asia, including Vietnam and Indonesia, centered on the Singapore branch, and Europe, centered on the UK branch. In Japan, we undertake ODM production from major retailers and manufacturers, and production is both domestic and overseas. We are looking for personnel who can aggressively fit into the management strategy that takes place within the two flows of trading company functions and manufacturing functions.
