We started our history as a manufacturing company. That DNA is still alive and well, and we are constantly striving for even more advanced technology. On the other hand, in Japan during the period of high economic growth, textile factories and manufacturing sites were increasingly being transferred overseas. This had a major impact on us, and many of our domestic partner factories were downsized or closed down. While feeling frustrated, we took action to consider overseas production.

The world overseas is not easy at all. We were constantly reminded of how peaceful and gentle Japan is. However, it is not that there is any malice. Perhaps it is because it is so strict that it takes time to trust others. We have been searching for partners that meet the price and quality requirements to meet the needs of our Japanese customers. Conversely, we were desperate to survive, and perhaps it was a good thing that we had to use everything we could.

Gradually, the number of colleagues increased, and they began to introduce us to more and more people. We provided them with the support they needed, and they provided us with technology and quality. To be honest, they already had quality that surpassed Japan, and we were the ones who learned a lot from them. Our potential expanded when we realized our narrow-mindedness. What existed in this relationship was not betraying trust, and also humility and honesty. They are extremely tolerant of those who benefit them, and at the same time, make harsh judgments. That is the nature of that society. I feel that it was a true exchange relationship, such as continuing to respond sincerely and conveying manufacturing technology and methods. The various business styles that we have come to understand in this way are what make us who we are today.
